I’m Lindsey. I’m a busy Mom of two and I’ve definitely had my share of struggles to find good health. I love good food and life, but I’ve never been a naturally “healthy” person. I’ve dealt with many health struggles, including autoimmune disease, and have had to go on my own quests to figure out what works for me. I’ve had people dismiss my concerns and offer me health tips that just made everything worse. I always wondered why these strategies never seem to work for some people, including myself. My approach is different. I’ve lived and travelled around the world and have picked up tips and strategies that can help you make lasting changes. I don’t focus solely on nutrition or physical activity. I look a the whole picture and we work together to decide which changes are worth it for your individual health and happiness and which ones are not. I want to help you increase your health and happiness and I will work with you to meet your goals. Whether your a busy parent, a college student, a working professional, or a retiree (or at any other stage in life), I would love to help coach you along the way to feeling good again.
Nutrios comes from a combination of the latin words nutriunt (to nourish) and chaos. My goal is to help all of you find ways to nourish yourself in the midst of the chaos most of us face daily.
